Resumen:
A través de esta Estrategia, se pretende cumplir el Plan de Acción para la Economía Circular que bajo el lema “cerrar el círculo”, aprobó la Comisión Europea en 2015, así como con los objetivos establecidos en la Ley 7/2019, de 29 de noviembre, de Economía Circular de Castilla-La Mancha. Además, se incorporan los principios de la economía circular como elemento clave de transformación hacia un modelo de desarrollo y crecimiento más innovador, competitivo y sostenible, favoreciendo la creación de empleo, desacoplando la economía del consumo de recursos no renovables y de la producción de externalidades negativas, que permita luchar contra el cambio climático y avanzar hacia una economía hipocarbónica en la región, con la consiguiente mejora del medio ambiente.
Se considera necesario un modelo que desvincule el desarrollo
