Resumen:
La infraestructura verde constituye un nuevo modelo de gestión del territorio y de los recursos naturales que pretende preservar la biodiversidad para garantizar múltiples beneficios a los seres humanos. Dicho concepto se introduce en la Unión Europea en 2013 y en España en la reforma de 2015 de la Ley del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad, que prevé la elaboración de la Estrategia Estatal de Infraestructura Verde y de la Conectividad y Restauración Ecológicas. El trabajo describe el interesante proceso de elaboración y el documento redactado.
Abstract:
The green infrastructure constitutes a new model of territorial management and natural resources that aims to preserve biodiversity to guarantee multiple benefits for human beings. This concept is introduced in the European Union in 2013 and in Spain in the 2015 reform of the Law of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity, which provides for the development of the National Strategy for Green Infrastructure and Ecological Connectivity and Restoration. The work describes the interesting elaboration process and the drafted document.
