Resumen:
En este trabajo se analizan los cambios que introdujo el Real Decreto 905/2022, de ayudas al sector vitivinícola español en el marco del Plan Estratégico de la Política Agrícola Común (PAC) y la respuesta de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cataluña expresada en la Orden ACC/68/2023 de ayudas a la reestructuración y/o reconversión de viñedos; destacando la importancia de la participación de las Comunidades Autónomas en la implementación de políticas destinadas a mitigar el cambio climático y las necesarias relaciones de coordinación y cooperación con el Estado español y los municipios para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos en el Acuerdo de París de 2015.
Abstract:
This work analyzes the changes introduced by Royal Decree 905/2022, on aid to the Spanish wine sector within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and the response of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia expressed in the Order ACC/68/2023, on aid for the restructuring and/or reconversion of vineyards; highlighting the importance of the participation of the Autonomous Communities in the implementation of policies aimed at mitigating climate change and the necessary coordination and cooperation relations with the Spanish State and municipalities to achieve the objectives set out in the 2015 Paris Agreement.
